Blanket size is measured in a straight line from the point of the shoulder to the point of the buttock. The measurement obtained corresponds to the blanket size (in cm). If in doubt between two sizes, choose the larger size, especially for horses with broad shoulders.

A well-fitting blanket should:
- cover the back without slipping backward,
- not pull on the shoulders,
- remain stable without turning,
- not compress the Withers or restrict movement.

If the blanket slips backward, gaps at the front, or marks the shoulders, the size or cut is not suitable and should be reconsidered.

To fully utilize the Stretch Neck® system, ensure the blanket is adjusted so it naturally sits in front of the withers, without excessive tension on the neck. The goal is to allow the elasticity to do its job: keeping the blanket in place while accommodating the horse's movements.

Proper strap adjustment is essential: too tight, they would restrict freedom of movement and the system's effectiveness; too loose, they would reduce overall stability. Also, remember to regularly check the alignment of the wither pad, which must remain centered to ensure even pressure distribution and prevent friction points in the long term.
