Returns

 

At TdeT, we want to offer you a peaceful shopping experience. If an item doesn't suit you, you have a period of time to return it under the conditions detailed below.

1. Return Period

In accordance with current regulations and our commercial policy, you have thirty (30) days from the receipt of your order to make a return. After this period, no returns will be accepted.

2. Acceptance Conditions

To be eligible for return, the product must be:
• unused, unworn
• in perfect condition
• returned in its original packaging
• include all its accessories and labels

Any returned item that is non-compliant, incomplete, damaged, worn, or unfit for resale may be refused for return if the conditions of the right of withdrawal are not met, or may result in a reduced refund in case of product depreciation. TdeT reserves the right to assess the product's condition before validating the return.

As part of certain promotional operations (e.g., product offered for a minimum purchase amount), the allocation of the free product is conditional on compliance with the offer's criteria. In the event of a partial or total return of the order leading to non-compliance with the initial conditions (especially if the required minimum amount is no longer met), the free product must also be returned. Failing to return the free product, its commercial value will be deducted from the refund or credit amount.

3. Return Shipping Costs

Returns are:
• free for France and Belgium, limited to one free return per order
• at the customer's expense for other destinations

In the event of multiple returns for the same order, additional charges may apply. Practical return procedures are communicated upon request.

4. Return Procedure

All return requests must be made by email to contact@tdet.fr.

Once the request is validated, the necessary instructions for shipping the product will be sent to you. Products returned without prior request may be refused.

5. Refund Methods

After receipt and verification of the returned product, TdeT will proceed, according to your choice:
• either to a refund,
• or to the issuance of a credit note.

The processing generally takes five (5) working days. During periods of high activity (especially year-end holidays, commercial operations, sales), this period may be extended. The customer is informed by e-mail of the processing of their return.

Refund

The refund is made using the same payment method as that used for the initial order, unless otherwise agreed. In accordance with current regulations, the refund occurs no later than fourteen (14) days from the receipt of the returned product or proof of its shipment. Standard delivery costs are reimbursed. Additional costs related to a specific delivery method chosen by the customer are not reimbursed.

Credit Note

The credit note takes the form of a credit usable on the website for a future order. The validity conditions are specified at the time of its issuance.

6. No Exchange

TdeT does not offer direct product exchanges.

If you wish to have another item or another size, we invite you to place a new order after your return has been validated.

7. Products Excluded from Return

Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal in accordance with Article L.221-28 of the Consumer Code, particularly:
• personalized products
• unsealed items that cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection
• products manufactured according to customer specifications

These exclusions are indicated on the product sheet where applicable.

8. International Returns

For returns outside France and Belgium:
• return shipping costs are at the customer's expense
• any customs duties or taxes related to the return remain at the customer's expense

TdeT cannot be held responsible for additional costs related to import formalities.

9. Responsibility for Return

The returned product remains under the customer's responsibility until its receipt by TdeT. It is recommended to use a tracked and insured shipping method.

In case of loss of the return package, no compensation can be granted without proof of deposit.
